2015 “Camouflage” Sauvignon Blanc
This wine is intentionally made to consume early. The stainless steel fermentation along with bottling while the wine is young keeps the aromas fresh and clean. Notes of melon and varietal-defining new-mown grass introduce themselves early as Sauvignon Blanc. Bright floral characters trumpet forth and invite you to taste. On its own, the wine showcases delightful citrus and white stone fruit flavors. Pairing with hard-rind cheeses to fresh seafood brings another flavor dimension.
